By downloading, installing, or using Ayla (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What Ayla Is (and Is Not)

Ayla is a health tracking app designed to help you monitor your menstrual cycle and pregnancy. It is a tool for personal awareness and record-keeping.

Important: Ayla is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

3. Your Account

Ayla works without an account for core features. If you create an account for cloud backup, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ayla only for its intended purpose: personal health tracking. You will not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Share your account with others
  • Interfere with normal operation of the App

5. Premium Subscription

Some features require a Premium subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel anytime through your device app store
  • Refunds are handled according to app store policies

6. Your Data

Your health data belongs to you. By default, it stays on your device. If you enable cloud backup, your encrypted data is stored securely. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ayla is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Predictions will be accurate for your specific situation
  • The App will meet all your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ayla.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
